Barack Obama's Victory Speech
January 30th 2008 12:35
The first American African Senator to be nominated for the 2008 Presidential Election, the only African American currently serving the U.S. Senate and the first black president in 104years at Harvard Law School.
Quite the winner already – it seems.
The American dream, from a child of divorced parents to the maybe first African American President of the United States ever. But why talk about color? He might just get whiter the more votes he gets. He is certainly as all-American and patriotic as any other president.
His advantage – he is not only black, but also young and handsome. And some might even wonder if his middle name 'Hussein' will keep the terrorists away. Or is he rather the black John F. Kennedy? Only the good die young?
Let's see, but first listen to his victory speech in South Carolina, where he kicked Hillary's arse with 55% to her 26%.
I have heard even woman vote for him. More women for Obama, more tears for Hillary?
Apparently though, it takes two Clintons to beat Obama, but let's wait and see who will make it.
Either way it's gonna be sensational, get yourself prepared: first female president ever (although it doesn't look like it right now, maybe shed just a few more tears Hillary, it might help, it certainly did the first time!?!), or first African American president in history. As you can see we are not even considering the republicans, they don't stand a chance, the real match is between the Democrats.
Let's just hope the American people have learnt to count. They did have four year to learn and practice it since the last Election in 2004.
I am looking forward to yet another inspirational, chilling and/or exciting Election!
